Office Management and Administration: 

Possesses the skills to manage and organize a fast paced office. Must be knowledgeable in Quickbooks, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, multi-line phones, customer service, HR, financial reports, etc. This role requires someone who quickly picks up new software and procedures, can multi-task and switch gears quickly and easily, and keep a level head in times of high stress. Landscaping knowledge a plus, but not required. Full-time/Year-round position.

Landscape Maintenance Manager:

Manages multiple landscape maintenance crews. Possesses computer knowledge, management experience, customer service skills, routing & scheduling skills. Must be experienced in all aspects of commercial & residential landscape maintenance. Snow management experience also preferred for year-round employment opportunity. Valid driver's license and DOT Medical Card required.

Heavy Equipment Operator:

Must be experienced in operating Bobcats/track machines, front end loaders, backhoes, excavators, and other heavy equipment. Lawn installation experience is highly desired. Must have a positive attitude, work well independently and have excellent time management and people skills. Overtime available spring through fall. Snow management work throughout the winter months. Valid driver's license, hydraulics license and DOT Medical Card required. CDL license is preferred but not required, we provide CDL training for the right applicants.

Irrigation Technician:

The sprinkler crew works as a team to install sprinkler systems, and also individually to perform repairs and service to existing systems.  We have positions available on our install crew & also dedicated service technician positions. We welcome all levels of irrigation experience. Seasonal position from April through December. Snow management work throughout the winter months. Valid driver's license and DOT Medical Card required.

Hydroseed/Bark Mulch Installer:

CDL class A or B licensed position will train the right candidate on truck & machine operation. Must work well independently. Time management skills, customer service skills, and great communication skills necessary. This role works closely with a dedicated office member to organize schedules and report completion of jobs in real time. Seasonal position from April through December. Snow management work throughout the winter months.  CDL license & DOT Medical Card required.

Property Maintenance Foreman: 

Must be experienced in all aspects of landscape maintenance & be able to safely drive a truck & 20-foot trailer. You will oversee a landscape maintenance crew of 2-4 people and be responsible for the quality of work your crew produces. Valid driver's license and DOT Medical Card required for foreman. Seasonal position from April through December. Snow management work throughout the winter months.

Landscape Maintenance Crew Member:

We have numerous landscape maintenance positions available on our crews. You might be doing something different each day. Helping with the hydroseed crew, helping the irrigation crew, trimming shrubs, working on a mowing crew etc. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in many different phases of landscaping. \ No driver's license is required.  You must have reliable transportation to work each day.

Winter Heavy Equipment Operator:

Seasonal positions available for candidates who are available in the winter only. Must be experienced in plowing with Bobcats/track machines, front end loaders, or backhoes. Must be available 24/7 during the winter months. We have multiple sites available in MA & NH. Valid driver's license and DOT Medical Card required.  Visit our snow site to apply for this position. 

Fleet Mechanic:

We work on everything from weedwhackers to front end loaders, and everything in between. Ability to work independently as well as with others.  Must know how to diagnose and repair any problems with our trucks and equipment.  Welding & fabrication experience is preferred. Must have your own tools, be extremely organized and clean. Valid driver's license and DOT Medical Card required. This is a year-round position.
